Our Lifetime Bat-Proofing Warranty: We Guarantee the Problem Will Be Fixed!

At Bat Control Specialists, we do not believe in temporary bat removal or half-finished exclusion work. Our goal is simple: fix the bat problem properly the first time.

That is why we offer a lifetime warranty on our bat-proofing work. Provided no one alters, removes, damages, or modifies the work we completed, the bats should never be able to get back into the areas we have properly bat-proofed.

And if we miss something, you do not pay us again to come back and find it.

That is the key difference.

General wildlife removal companies only offer what they call a “workmanship warranty.” In our opinion, that kind of warranty is misleading for homeowners dealing with bats. A workmanship warranty means the company is only guaranteeing the specific work they performed. It does means they are not specifically guaranteeing that the bat problem is actually fixed.

So if their work fails to keep the bats out, they will likely tell you that the original work was fine, but that more sealing or additional bat-proofing is now required. In other words, you will have to pay again for the company to come back and do more work. You may have to go thru this cycle several times. 

We do not believe that is how bat control should be handled.

When you hire a bat specialist, you are not just paying for someone to put up an excluder or seal a few obvious gaps. You are paying for the knowledge to inspect the entire structure, find and fix every potential entry point, do it in a way that will last as long as your roof does, and never pay if we have to come back.

Our warranty reflects that difference.

If bats get back in because we missed an entry point, we come back and fix it. You do not have to keep paying us to solve the same problem. Our job is not simply to “do some work.” Our job is to make sure the bats are excluded humanely and the home is properly bat-proofed against re-entry the first time. 

That is what separates a bat specialist from a general wildlife control company.
