We Fix The Problem!

I am not a wildlife control company. I am a bat specialists.

And unlike wildlife companies I don’t offer “workmanship guarantees.”
Instead I guarantee that we will “fix the problem.”
It may not sound different but the difference is huge.
That’s because in world of bat control “Workmanship Guarantees” are a scam!

Imagine this. You hire a non specialist wildlife control company to bat-proof your house and remove the bats. (big mistake in my opinion)

They offer you a contract to bat-proof the house and remove the bats. The contract states that they are offering you a “workmanship guarantee” of say 1-5 years and you think “great I have a guarantee”. No you don’t. You ain’t got squat. You are getting scammed.

They are setting it up so when they fail to keep the bats out of your home you will have to pay them to come back again. What? “No Way” you think. “I have a Guarantee”

Well they actually only Guaranteed the “bat-proofing” work. They didn’t actually guarantee they would fix the problem. And when that bat-proofing work is not sufficient to keep the bats out.(a very likely outcome with non specialists) You now have to pay them to do more bat-proofing work.They will of course guarantee that new work too.

Do you see the scam now?

This is why as bat specialists we guarantee we will “fix the problem.” You know, as in stop the bats from living in your walls and attic or showing up inside your home.

Which is why you hired that sneaky “wildlife company” in the first place.

I have had customers that payed these hacks for several cycles of “guaranteed” bat-proofing work without actual results.

It’s clever what they are doing. It’s also wrong & it’s standard practice for the wildlife control industry.

And Google and AI continue to recommend non specialist companies to homeowners looking for help with their bat problems.

“They get paid, they fail, they get paid again. They get all the upside and you get screwed! All that from a little change of phrase, hidden in their contracts. “

Always demand they “Fix the problem”
