1. Inspect the Entire Exterior

We examine the roofline, soffits, fascia, brickwork, chimneys, flashing, siding, vents and every intersecting section of the house.

2. Close Secondary Openings

Potential entry points are sealed with professional exterior caulking, custom metal flashing, screening and other building-specific materials.

3. Install One-Way Excluders

The remaining active openings are fitted with one-way bat excluders that allow the bats to leave but prevent them from returning.

The order matters.

Closing the active opening first can force bats deeper into the house or cause them to begin using another unsealed gap. The secondary openings should be secured before the final exits are fitted with excluders.
